hey kerry friend I am afraid it is too early days to have any notion of what is a “best case”. We are still in the frontier days, where the few of us working in this space are all trying to iterate our ways towards something that will stick, even at small scale first. Basically, I am happy every time I can test one of my assumptions, and more often than not that means I realized that my assumption was wrong. Problems that we need to solve before we get any traction are technical, operational and behavioral, not to mention political. One thing I do, personally, is being very suspicious of anyone who declares success and/ or brushes over the operational complexities in such economies.
